My feet ache, but this bed is holding my broken body within its all comforting embrace and it goes some way toward the physical restoration that I need. I am tucked into flannel sheets. The room is dark and sleep will take over as soon as my I put my pen down. Tomorrow after breakfast, we hike for approximately 6 hours until we reach Bergersee.
