erdäpfelgulasch

I'm flying to Austria in less than 3 weeks time. I'll be spending some time in Salzburg, and will catch the train to Vienna shortly after. (See amateurly drawn red dots on map, ala Lonely Planet style)

I've got to seriously widen my vocabulary. All I know at present is schnitzel, tafelspitz and zwiebelrostbraten. Oh, and erdäpfelgulasch, which I cant yet say without getting my tongue twisted. (If you didnt already know, they're all to do with food! Ultimately, I can foresee myself getting lost, but at least I won't go hungry.)
