Octopus-o-phobic
I have a strange and unfounded fear of octopussy type things. Anything with tentacles or suction cups on its limbs freak me to no end. I dont know if it's the fear that it will somehow come alive in my mouth and cling on to my tongue, or if its just so gross looking that I'm naturally put off. More often than not, Chinese stir fry's tend to have snippets of purply tentacles lurking in the mix....If my fork were to unknowingly venture in and accidentally uncover a tentacle, I'd have to change my cutlery or I wont be able to continue eating. How's that for a phobia?

The mental images you have given me about eating live squid are not going to sit well when I have lunch later. Ooooh, feeling queasy already...SO, SO GROSS.
Anyway, Hi back!! How're ya doin? I never really got to speak to you properly at your house warming - it's good to meet a fellow marmite fan. Real nice of you to drop by.
You didnt get to eat much that nite, huh? No worries, I ate loads so you can count it in proxy. =) lol. Marmite chicken? Do send the recipe over. I've bake fish in marmite, have made marmite beef stroganoff (weird but strangely addictive) - no marmite cake recipes but even I wont go that far!
Marmite in maggi asam laksa....oooh. Very moorish. You shouldnt have gotten me started!
ohh that post brought back memories of late night supper at Chuan Hing in KK (the corner coffeeshop in Luyang, next to The Cottage, remember?), where we would have 'wo tib', venison and char kuay teow, chow mein... and there will be bits of squid you'd vehemently REFUSE to touch, let alone look at! ahh you've never changed a bit =)
'cyaneaophobia' i have dubbed it as there isn't an official word for it yet.
